BPA obtained planning permission and worked with a specialist cladding contractor to obtain Building Control approval for replacement of the existing cladding, which was found to be a fire risk, with a non-combustible alternative. The original external appearance and colouring was maintained but the new insulation and aluminium cladding made the building safe and compliant with Building Regulations.
